  3. Version 1.12 03/96 - Fixed a bug that failed to rename a copied file when
  4.                      the target file name did not have an extension.
  5. Version 1.11 02/96 - Fixed Unsplit bug that caused unsplit file to be
  6.                      double in size.
  7.                      Fixed /DO bug.
  8.                      Updated /T:,/D: and /SZ: options to allow combining
  9.                      operatons (i.e "/D:>="). The /DO option is
  10.                      automatically invoked.
  11.                      Fixed file compare bug with /OF: option
  12.                      Add new Option "/O" to process OLDER files (opposite of
  13.                      "/N")
  14.                      Modified the "/DF" option so that is works faster. The
  15.                      option has also been changed so that it will only work
  16.                      with drives A & B. If the option fails, RCOPY will
  17.                      attempt a format instead.

  20.                      Replaced RCOPY_H.CMD and RCOPY.DOC with RCOPY.INF
